RETURN POLICY 

My goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If your item breaks or becomes damaged in any way, please contact me at lcnick10@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

To return an item, pack the item(s) in its original condition and send it back within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

SHIPPING 

ALL items are handmade and we ask that you please be patient for your item to be shipped out. Items generally are shipped out within 5-10 business days, from the date of cleared payment, unless otherwise noted in listing (i.e. If a product is on back-order or in pre-production).

Please contact me if you would like to upgrade your shipping service, once product is completed, and I will adjust the cost accordingly. 

PAYMENT 

Payments must be received within 24 hours of purchase. All major credit cards are accepted. Please note payments must be cleared before an item is shipped out.
